After a long day at school or work, everyone will surely appreciate a steaming bowl of noodle or a sumptuous noodle dish. Just follow these easy-to-follow recipes from Good Life.  It will not take much of your time as these dish can be prepared and cooked in just under 20 minutes!

CHICKEN SOTANGHON SOUP
 
INGREDIENTS:
250 g                GOOD LIFE PREMIUM VERMICELLI
1 ½ cups           flaked chicken meat          
250 g                medium sized shrimps, shelled        
1 cup                Rehydrated wood ear fungus, sliced
1 thinly sliced    carrot
6 cloves            garlic, minced   
1 chopped         red onion
4-5 cups            shrimp stock
4-5 cups            chicken stock
1 tbsp               powdered atsuete powder
                        fish sauce
                        white ground pepper
                        fried garlic
                    
PROCEDURE:
1.         In a pot, add oil and sauté garlic and onions.
2.         Add 4 cups of shrimp stock, 4 cups of chicken stock and wood ear fungus.
3.         Add chicken and GOOD LIFE PREMIUM VERMICELLI and cook for 4 minutes.
4.         Put the shrimp and cook for additional 3 minutes. Add additional stock if needed.
5.         Get ½ cup soup from the pot and place it in a cup, add the atsuete powder and stir until dissolved.
6.         Add the atsuete mixture and carrots to the soup, season with fish sauce and white ground pepper the top with toasted garlic.
7.         Serve and enjoy!
 
Optimized-Good Life -PREMIUM-VERMICELLI-250g
SOTANGHON GUISADO ALA GOOD LIFE
 
INGREDIENTS:
250 g                GOOD LIFE PREMIUM VERMICELLI
2 cloves            garlic, minced
1 tbsp.              palm oil 
1 pc.                 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 pc.                 carrot, cut into strips
6 pcs.               mushroom, thinly sliced
1 pc.                 chicken breast, thinly sliced
¼ cup               fish sauce
¼ cup               soy sauce
½ cup               annatto oil
2 cups              chicken stock
1 cup                snow peas (sitsaro)
4 pcs.               spring onions, minced
salt and pepper to taste
 
PROCEDURE:
1.         Soak GOOD LIFE PREMIUM VERMICELLI noodles in hot water for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
2.         Over medium heat, sauté garlic in 1 tbsp.. palm oil, add onion until cooked.
3.         Add sliced carrots, mushrooms, thinly sliced chicken, fish sauce, soy sauce, annatto oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a boil until cooked.
4.         Add 2 cups of chicken stock. Then add in soaked GOOD LIFE PREMIUM VERMICELLI noodles and snow peas.
5.         Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top. Enjoy!
