Starting from the salad station, guests can enjoy a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The bread, cold cuts, and cheese station is also available as an option for appetizer. Highlighting the buffet, the main station features the new signature dishes of Cucina’s new chef de cuisine, Giuseppe Rivoli, and the carving station changes every day to cater to the different palate of the guests. Cucina is Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s all-day dining restaurant and is open daily for lunch from 12:00 NN to 2:30 PM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
