Dine Cavite will also feature the chefs in action as they prepare and cook various dishes as part of their talk.
The conference will start off with Chef Jam Melchor, Chef and Owner of Healthy Eats Manila, who will talk about “Chef Jam’s Secrets to Healthy School Meals ”

Next on line is Chef Lawrence Zafra, Founder and President of Atlas Culinary Institute, who will share “Proven Ways to Cook Healthy That Have Nothing to do with Diet”.

Chef Sharwin Tee, Celebrity Chef and Host of Curiosity Got The Chef, will talk about “Rediscovering Street Food That Will Change Your Life Forever”

Chef Harie Bunda, Executive Chef of Malen’s Restaurant will discuss, “Appetizers ala Cavite, Revealed!”.

Chef Dan Basilio, Executive Director of Lyceum of the Philippines Culinary Institute, will talk about “Baking Artisanal Bread, The Professional Way”.

Chef Lee Borbon, Pastry Director of Atlas Culinary Institute, will share, “Coffee Pudding ala Cavite”.

Chef Myke Tatung Sarthou, Celebrity Chef and book Author, will discuss the topic, “How to make Kakanin and Serve it in Fine Dining Restaurants”

and Chef Sian Castaneda will talk about “Creating Cavite Desserts Using Home Grown Mango Wine”.

Dine Philippines – Coastal Cavite will be on March 4, 2016 (Friday) at the Montano Hall at 9:00am – 5:00pm. Gates will be open at 8:00am. This event is endorsed by the Commission on Higher Education and the Department of Tourism.
