Since 2012, Connoisseur Catering has taken great pride in delighting guests and clients with its thoughtful and delicious degustation menus, elevating the entire dining experience to an art form. Sibling owners Laura Lim-Rodrigo, Lorlyn Lim-Almazora and Lorraine Lim-Aguila—the same people behind the successful Casa Armas and thefunctionooms—created the catering arm when demand for it arose from their private events.

The latest addition to their culinary team is the talented Chef Stefan Langenham, who has over 25 years of experience, working around the world for renowned international hotels and kitchens. Thanks to his expertise and seasoned palate, he has successfully led Connoisseur Catering to become one of the most respected caterers in the industry, as its Executive Chef.

A UNIQUE CULINARY EXPERIENCE

While other typical caterers simply offer a ready/ template menu wherein you choose and swap dishes to complete a meal, Connoisseur Catering aims to create a more inspired menu by working hand-in-hand with its clients. An example would be their latest offering—a ten-course degustation menu created by Chef Stefan that allows diners to savor international flavors with each bite. Each dish satisfies your cravings, with just enough room until the last bite.

FUTURE PLANS

Connoisseur Catering has been busy operating thefunctionrooms, a venue that can accommodate small meetings of 12 to larger conferences of 260. Next year, the team is also opening a larger event space in the Bonifacio Global City area, that includes a ballroom accommodating 1000 guests, an airconditioned outdoor function area for 300 and an 88-seater restaurant.
